FR4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet is also called FR-4 flame retardant epoxy fiberglass sheet ,It is a laminated product made of electronic grade glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and flame retardant and pressed under high temperature and high pressure.
FR4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet has excellent mechanical properties, dielectric properties, and thermal stability. It is suitable for insulating structural parts of electrical equipment, electronic equipment, and mechanical processing.
